Tahnee Raine Considered Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic in Melbourne, focused on cosmetic injectable treatments. It was founded by Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector Tahnee Hewish, who had a vision for cosmetic medicine centred on detailed treatment planning and a natural, considered approach.

Tahnee began her nursing career in 2005. She then spent nearly five years working alongside a specialist facial plastic surgeon as a clinical nurse in aesthetics. Over her career she has become known for her careful approach to treatment planning, her focus on each patient’s individual goals, and her commitment to thorough aftercare.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector at Tahnee Raine. With a strong background in healthcare and a particular interest in skin health, she brings knowledge, patience and professionalism to her work in cosmetic medicine. Hospital-trained, Sarah spent six years in neurology, including time in a Clinical Nurse Specialist role. Having completed her cosmetic nursing training and worked alongside Tahnee, she brings this foundation in patient care to the clinic.
Sarah shares the TR philosophy of considered treatment, with a focus on natural results and care shaped around the individual. That means taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns, talking through their options and developing a thoughtful treatment plan. From the first conversation through to aftercare, the emphasis is on helping patients feel informed, comfortable and supported.
Sarah now welcomes patients in her own treatment room, with appointments available on selected days in clinic.

As Patient Liaison at Tahnee Raine, Mia brings a calm, considered approach to both the patient experience and the day-to-day running of the business. Warm, approachable and highly organised, she helps patients feel looked after and keeps the clinic running smoothly.
Behind the scenes, Mia manages administration, coordinates the clinic’s operations and supports the team. Her attention to detail brings structure to busy clinic days, ensuring the practical needs of the business are taken care of.
That same thoughtful approach carries through to her work with patients. Whether arranging an appointment, helping with an enquiry or welcoming someone into the clinic, she brings a personal touch that makes each interaction feel comfortable and straightforward.
Her role reflects an important part of the TR approach: considered care extends beyond the treatment room, shaping both how the business operates and how each patient is welcomed.
Sienna is a Patient Liaison at Tahnee Raine, helping patients feel welcome and looked after. Her role in the clinic focuses on enquiries, appointments and the details that make each visit feel comfortable and considered.
A Registered Nurse (Division 1), Sienna worked in nursing before becoming a mum and brings that understanding of patient care to her work with the team. Recently back from maternity leave, you’ll find her in clinic one day a week.
